Pearl Personnel is online service where candidates seeking employment can register themselves and employers can search for candidates according to their criteria and contact them through the Internet.
Pearl Personnel does not work with individual employers.
The acceptance of candidates introduced by Pearl Personnel will be deemed as acceptance of the Terms and Conditions of Business. These terms are legally binding. It is agreed that the client engages Pearl Personnel to provide CV's of candidate's to be considered for employment, and agrees to pay for services rendered.
The company makes all reasonable efforts to ensure that the information online is accurate and correct prior to placing it on the site. Pearl Personnel organizes Skype interview with all the candidates. However no guarantee as to the accuracy of information presented is expressed or implied. It is strongly recommended that any employer verify the credentials and job history of any applicant prior to hiring.
To make an inquiry client should submit to Pearl Personnel company address and payment details as well as his personal power of attorney for this actions. It may not be more than 5 candidates in the inquiry (�My selection�).
Client should inform Pearl Personnel about acceptance or rejection of the every submitted candidate in writing (by e-mail) within 14 calendar days after receipt of candidate's personal and contact information.
Client agrees to hold as confidential the identity of the candidates submitted by the company and further agree not to pass on or otherwise distribute resumes or contact information for applicants received from the company to any other person, or corporation other than for the purposes of reference verification and employment suitability verification. Any violation of this cause is a breach of the agreement. In the event of a breach of this clause the company will be entitled to a fee, 100% of the candidates salary equivalent for a one month period.
The placement fee for our services is earned each time a candidate is placed, up to 12 months from the date the candidate was initially referred to the client. This fee will also be incurred by said Client who refers a Pearl Personnel candidate to another employer, should that candidate be subsequently hired within 12 months of the referral.
Accuracy of Information
As a candidate seeking employment you are providing Pearl Personal with information and warranting such information as an accurate and true. You further agree that this information may be distributed by the company to any third parties without your knowledge for the purposes of finding employment, reference verification or any other purpose deemed appropriate by the company.
Clients are charged at the following rates:
Permanent job (over 30 days): All positions — 100% of one month's salary.
Temporary job (30 days or under): All positions — 20% per day of daily rate, billed on last day of employment.
All the fees are non-refundable.
This service is completely free of charge to candidates.
The fee for services is due and payable if the Client engages the applicant with 12 months from introduction. Payment is required within 15 days from the date of employment or date of invoice, whichever is sooner; this must include any incurred bank charges.
